Brad Benat received his real estate license at a youthful 22 yrs old and for the last 24+ years, he has specialized in helping families with their biggest investment. Brad and Marissa are raising two strong girls. Their oldest daughter Caroline is a senior at Reedy high school in Frisco and pursuing a career in aviation. Sophia is 6 and attends Legacy Christian Academy and is learning to read. They have 2 dogs named Maverick and Amazing Grace and one beta fish named Mr. Noodle from Thailand. Marissa Benat is the spunky co-owner of The Benat Team Family of Realtors. She contracted and built her first home at the age of 18 after a brief struggle with cancer in 2000. She quickly learned the importance of having an experienced advocate guiding a transaction and became obsessed with learning more. Since then she has gone on to sell thousands of homes by fiercely chasing her passion and staying on purpose. She is recognized by D Magazine as a Top Realtor and serves on the Collin County Association of Realtors Board of directors.
Marissa is also on the Board of directors for a local nonprofit, North Texas Realtors in Action Foundation and is Trustee for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee. She is highly involved with local governmental affairs that affect private property rights. She was recently recognized by the National Association of Realtors with an Ownit coin for using her unique gifts to effect change within her local association.
Marissa recently graduated from the City of Frisco Citizens Police Academy and the Texas Association of Realtors Leadership program. She has a passion for learning new things and being involved in her community.
